If merchandise is to be returned, we will first issue you a Return Authority code and detailed instructions for repacking and collection.

If we elect to replace merchandise, it would typically arrive in 10-15 business days, subject to current stock levels.

If a refund is to be issued (after the receipt of returned product) we will notify you by email when processed.
Depending upon the payment processor, bank or credit card you used, the refund may take 5-10 business days to appear on your account

- Change of heart/ buyer remorse
- Swimwear or underwear (unless we mistakenly sent you a size/ product not confirmed on your order)
- Products which were originally purchased Discounted/ on Sale
